Collecting with NOEMA

Collecting is a craft. We carry it with you.

From a first acquisition to the stewardship of an estate, our advisors remain beside you — quietly, precisely, and for as long as the works stay in your care.

You do not buy a work. You agree to live with it.

A collection is not assembled in an afternoon. It accrues — work by work, conversation by conversation — until the rooms you live in begin to answer back. Our role is to slow that process down to its proper pace.

We advise on what to acquire, but also on what to decline. Restraint is half of connoisseurship, and the collections we admire most are the ones that were edited as carefully as they were built.

The Process

From inquiry to a life with the work

  1. Inquiry

Write to us about a work, an artist, or simply an instinct. An advisor replies personally — no forms, no lists.

    Within 48 hours

  2. Private Viewing

See the work without an audience — in our viewing room, at your residence, or in a dedicated online room.

    At your convenience

  3. Due Diligence

Condition report, certificate and full provenance file are assembled and shared before any commitment is asked of you.

    5–10 working days

  4. Acquisition

Terms are settled discreetly. Title, documentation and insurance transfer in a single, recorded exchange.

    One signature

  5. Placement & Care

We deliver, install and light the work — then stay available for conservation, loans and the next conversation.

Digital Provenance

Ownership you can verify, custody you can forget about

A digital work is only as secure as the key that proves it is yours. We hold those keys in insured cold storage, separate from any exchange, with succession instructions lodged alongside your estate documents.

Provenance is maintained as a living record: every mint, sale, exhibition and custody event is written to the chain and mirrored in our registrar's archive — so the history of the work is never a matter of memory.
